For the promotion, the new job, the result, the thing they worked for.
Optional — but add them now and every design below shows your photos instead of empty frames.
Not a card — a page they scroll through. A sealed envelope opens onto your timeline, your reasons, your photos and a confetti finish. You pick one colour and the whole theme is built around it.
Designs made for Promotion. Your name and message replace the sample text on the finished card.
You already picked a design above — this is only if you would rather have a plain coloured card instead.
Good news usually gets a thumbs-up and then disappears under the next twelve messages. That is the whole gap this page is for — a promotion, a first job, a result that took three attempts, a business that finally opened. What makes a congratulations message land is naming the work rather than the outcome, because the person already knows the outcome and is often the only one who knows what it cost. "Congratulations on the promotion" is fine. "Congratulations — I remember the month you were doing both jobs at once" is the one they keep. The wishes below are grouped by what actually happened: a promotion, a new job or first job, exam and degree results, a new business, and a professional register for colleagues, clients and LinkedIn, where the warm personal version would read oddly. Any of them can become an animated card with a photograph — a team picture, or the offer letter if they sent you one.
Free Congratulations wishes you can copy in one tap — or turn any of them into a personal animated card with the person's name using the generator above.

Congratulations on the promotion!
Well deserved. Congratulations!
So proud of you.
Refer to the effort, not the title. "Well deserved" is true but universal; "well deserved — you were doing that job for a year before they made it official" is specific and is the version people screenshot. One sentence of that is worth a paragraph of general praise.
Two things: confidence in them, and something practical. A line saying the new place is lucky, plus an offer to hear how the first week went, is better than an instruction to work hard. There is a group above written for new and first jobs specifically.
Congratulate the preparation rather than the number, especially if the result was not what they wanted. If they did better than expected, say you were not surprised. If they did worse, a message that still names the work is worth far more than silence.
Keep it short, specific and free of personal detail. There is a professional group above. One concrete line about their work beats a generic congratulations, and it does not read as networking.
For a small win, a message is fine. For something they worked years for, the difference is that a card is obviously made rather than typed, which is the signal — it says the news was worth a minute of your time rather than a thumbs-up.
