Say it properly this year β with her photos and your words.
Optional β but add them now and every design below shows your photos instead of empty frames.
Not a card β a page they scroll through. A sealed envelope opens onto your timeline, your reasons, your photos and a confetti finish. You pick one colour and the whole theme is built around it.
Designs made for Mother's Day. Your name and message replace the sample text on the finished card.
You already picked a design above β this is only if you would rather have a plain coloured card instead.
Mothers keep things. That is the whole reason this page exists: the flowers wilt, the chocolates go, and the message in the group chat scrolls away by lunchtime, but a card with her own photographs in it tends to get screenshotted and kept in the camera roll. The date is worth checking before you plan anything β Mother's Day falls on the fourth Sunday of Lent in the UK and Ireland, which lands in March, while the United States, Canada, Australia and most of the rest of the world mark it on the second Sunday of May. India and Pakistan follow the May date. Below are wishes for a mother, for a mother-in-law, for a grandmother, and short ones you can send from work when you have thirty seconds. They are also written for the harder cases β a first Mother's Day, a difficult year, a mother who is no longer here β because those are the messages people struggle with most and find the least help for.
Free Mother's Day wishes you can copy in one tap β or turn any of them into a personal animated card with the person's name using the generator above.
Happy Mother's Day to the woman who taught me how to be strong without ever raising her voice. π
Everything soft and everything strong in me came from you, Ammi. Happy Mother's Day.
I understand you more with every year that passes. Thank you for everything. Happy Mother's Day.
Happy Mother's Day to the first woman who ever loved me and the one who never stopped.
Ammi, I hope I've become even half the person you hoped for. Thank you for all of it.
You carried more than I ever knew and never once complained. Happy Mother's Day.
Happy Mother's Day. You gave up so much so quietly that I only noticed years later. Thank you.
There is no version of my life where I turned out okay without you in it. Happy Mother's Day. π
For every meal, every worry, every prayer at 3am β thank you, Ammi.
Happy Mother's Day to my whole world. π
Everything I am, I owe to you.
Happy Mother's Day, Ammi. I love you more than I say.
Happy Mother's Day to the woman who welcomed me like her own. Thank you for your kindness.
You raised the person I love most. Happy Mother's Day, with genuine gratitude.
It depends on where you are. The UK and Ireland mark it on the fourth Sunday of Lent, which falls in March and moves every year with Easter. The US, Canada, Australia, India, Pakistan and most other countries use the second Sunday of May, which is fixed. If your family is split across countries, the May date is the one most people mean.
Skip the qualities and name an act. "Thank you for sitting in the car outside my exam for three hours" is a better line than "thank you for always being there", because she will remember the day. One remembered act is worth a paragraph of adjectives.
Keep it short and true rather than warm and false. "Thinking of you today" is a complete message and does not claim anything neither of you believes. A card that overstates things is more uncomfortable to receive than a brief one.
Yes, and there are separate wish groups above for both. For a grandmother, a scanned old photograph in the first slot does more than anything you can write. For a mother-in-law, warm and slightly formal is the safe register.
Free, with no signup for you and nothing at all for her. She taps the link and the card opens in her browser β no app, no download, no account. That matters when the recipient is not comfortable installing things.
Fourteen days, after which the card is deleted automatically. If she wants to keep it, tell her to screenshot it β that is what most people end up doing anyway.
All cards are free with no signup and no watermark. The card is deleted automatically after expiry (7 or 14 days, which you choose). See our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
