Eid ul Fitr marks the end of Ramadan and the end of fasting. Eid ul Adha falls roughly two months later, on the tenth of Dhul Hijjah, at the close of the days of Hajj, and is marked by the qurbani. The greetings overlap, but messages that mention fasting or Ramadan belong only to the first one.
What do you say on Eid ul Adha?+
"Eid Mubarak" is correct here too. "Eid ul Adha Mubarak" is more specific, and "Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum" is the fuller greeting. If someone has performed Hajj this year, "Hajj Mubarak" is the one they will be waiting to hear.
