📋 Short Version
Every tool on ToolLabHQ is provided for general information and estimation only. The ATS Resume Checker and the Life Stats Calculator give estimates, not professional advice. Confirm anything important with a qualified professional or the relevant official source before acting on it.
ToolLabHQ is an independent website that publishes free browser-based utilities. We build these tools carefully and test them, but software has limits and so does any calculation made without knowing your full circumstances. This page explains exactly what you can and cannot rely on.
1. No Professional Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, tax, legal, accounting, academic, medical, or career advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of it. We are not accountants, attorneys, or licensed advisers.
2. Life Stats Calculator
The Life Stats Calculator multiplies your age by general averages (for example 72 heartbeats a minute) and by the sleep and screen-time figures you enter. The results are estimates for interest and fun. They are not medical measurements, and the scores it shows are simple calculations from your inputs, not a health assessment. If you have concerns about your health or sleep, speak to a doctor.
3. AI Prompt Library
The AI Prompt Library offers prompts for you to use in third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini. Those tools, not ToolLabHQ, generate the images, and results vary from run to run. What you may do with the generated images, including commercial use, is governed by the terms of the AI tool you use.
4. Career Tools
The ATS Resume Checker applies general keyword and formatting heuristics. Real applicant tracking systems — Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo and others — each parse differently and are not public. A high score here does not guarantee an interview, and a low score does not mean your resume is bad. Treat the output as one opinion, not a verdict.
5. Accuracy & Availability
We work to keep everything accurate and online, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that any tool is error-free, complete, current, or continuously available. Tools may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolLabHQ and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profits, lost data, penalties, or missed deadlines — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or any result it produces. You use these tools at your own risk.
7. External Links
We link to third-party sites for reference only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Advertising
The site is meant to be funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. When ads are shown, they are selected automatically by Google — we do not choose, review, or endorse individual advertisers, and the presence of an ad is not a recommendation. See our Cookie Policy for how advertising cookies work.
9. User-Generated Content
Wish cards created with the Wish Generator contain text and photos supplied entirely by users. ToolLabHQ does not author, endorse, or take responsibility for that content. Shared card pages are excluded from search indexing and carry no advertising. Report anything abusive to contact@toollabhq.com and we will remove it promptly.
10. Contact
