Where AI is used
ATS Resume Checker: Your resume file is read in your browser. The extracted text and the job description you paste are sent to Google Gemini for analysis, or to Groq if Gemini is unavailable. The text is not stored by us. If neither service answers, you get a simpler keyword and formatting check that is worked out without AI.
AI Prompt Library
The prompt library is a collection of prompts for you to use in ChatGPT or Gemini; the site itself doesn't generate images. The example "after" pictures were made with ChatGPT or Gemini, and each one is labelled with the tool that made it.
Where AI is not used
Wish card maker: The ready-made messages come from lists built into the site, and you can write your own. No AI writes or changes your message.
Resume Builder: Runs in your browser. It formats what you type; it does not write or rewrite your resume.
Portfolio Builder: Publishes the details you enter. No AI is involved.
Life Stats Calculator: Simple arithmetic from your date of birth, done in your browser.
Help chat on the site: Answers come from a fixed set of written questions and answers about the site. It is not an AI chatbot.
The guides and card messages
Many of the guides on this site are drafted with the help of AI writing tools. Before a guide goes up, its claims about this site's tools are checked against how the tools actually work, facts from outside the site are checked against a reliable source, and anything that can't be confirmed is left out. Example messages are written as examples, not as real messages someone sent.
The ready-made messages in the card maker are a starting point: you can edit them or write your own. More detail is on How I write these guides.
